How it works

From a polygon to a phone call.

The unit of work is a sales zone. Everything else — projects, companies, the catalog, the day’s list — hangs off that map.

  1. 01

    Scan the territory

Every approved sales zone is a polygon, not a city name. EquipLead looks at what is actually inside it: signals, companies, and the existing book.

  2. 02

    Detect the work

Permits, project news, plant activity, and other market signals surface opportunities that started without a call. Unverified items stay labeled. Nothing is invented.

  3. 03

    Name the companies

The buyers and influencers who matter — contractors, plant teams, developers, facility owners — not a dump of every nearby pin.

  4. 04

    Match the book

If they already buy from you, the rep sees that first. If they do not, the record is still a company — not a duplicate lead.

  5. 05

    Score product fit

The job is matched to what you actually sell or stock — against your catalog — not a generic industry tag.

  6. 06

Tell the rep who to call

A ranked list for the zone or book they own today. Automation may suggest. Only the rep commits the stop.

What the rep sees

Today is one screen: the next stop, the route, overdue promises, voice log. Plan is where the day is decided. The two screens are not allowed to disagree. There is no second “execute” surface.

A DSM does not need to sit in the truck. Boss coverage shows whether a territory has a rep, and whether the week produced stops and follow-ups — without rewriting the day’s plan.
